I was extremely fortunate to get a job right out of art school working on the classic Jimmy Neutron movie. It was my first gig in animation and I didn't know what I was doing. There were some heavy hitters on the show and I learned so much. One of my biggest regrets t this day, was not soak up as much information as I could from the talent there. I was young and...uh...overly confident. If you're starting out in the industry and have access to talented people to give thoughtful critiques, consider more character driven performances or to help get your ideas on paper better, DO IT!!!
To all of my DNA peeps...if you notice any shots in here that may not be by my hand, please let me know! I collected these clips based on the best memory I had from 20 year ago (!!!). While I'm almost certain this reel is comprised of shots I worked on, I could definitely be wrong so feel free to reach out and correct me. Also...I hope you're doing well. I have fond memories of my time at DNA during this time.
