Live from the WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden, light flyweight champion Ivan Calderon will be defending his Ring belt, lineal title and WBO title against Jesus Iribe.  At 35 years old, the 33-0-1 Iron Boy has started to show chinks in the armor, having struggled in recent bouts with Rodel Mayol and Hugo Cazares.  In his two previous title attempts, Iribe came up short against Edgar Sosa and Brian Viloria.

The 5'0" Calderon has promised a knockout win, which would be his first in four years and only the seventh of his career.  Both fighters weighed in at 106 pounds.

In addition, prospects Glen Tapia and McWilliams Arroyo should be fighting on the card.

The televised card will be starting at 10:00 p.m. Eastern on Fox Sports Net and Fox Sports Espanol.
