Filipino celebrity and renowned cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao has parted ways with Tier One Entertainment, an esports and talent agency she co-founded in 2017.

Gosiengfiao made the announcement on her Facebook page on November 23.

In her statement, Gosiengfiao acknowledged the challenging and rewarding journey of building the company but cited the misalignment of visions and values as the reason for her departure.

“It is with a heavy heart that I bid Tier One Entertainment farewell,” she said. “The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding. However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned.”

“I am grateful for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments we’ve achieved together,” she continued.

Tier One Entertainment released a statement shortly after, recognizing Gosiengfiao’s significant role in the organization’s success.

“There is no reality where Tier One Entertainment would have reached the heights we have reached without you,” said the organization. “You are an unwavering beacon of excellence and continue to be an inspiration to cosplayers, content creators, and our industry as a whole. We are truly grateful for the time and dedication you have given us over the years. In the Philippines and around the world, you are undeniably one of one.”

“It is essential for everyone to find a place where their values align and their vision can flourish,” Tier One statement continued. “We wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope you find that place, both professionally and within your beautiful growing family.”

Gosiengfiao’s departure marks a significant moment for Tier One Entertainment, the organization she started with Tryke Gutierrez and Brian Lim. Her involvement included support for the organization’s Blacklist International teams in major esports events globally. 

The organization extended its best wishes to Gosiengfiao in her future professional and personal endeavors.
